How to Book an Initial Assessment

Please email any song files or links  (if you have any) along with a brief description of your music background to: [email protected] and we will get back to you regarding scheduling. Note, your booking is not confirmed until both 1) the date and time of your session have been coordinated and 2) your payment is received.


All series are for consecutive weeks in the same time slot only and expire 4 months after the first session of the series. They are not a package of sessions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Your lesson time is reserved for you and others will be turned away for that time so please schedule carefully. An initial assessment once booked, can only be rescheduled once if a minimum of 24 hrs advance notice has been given and must be rescheduled within 10 days of original booking. No exceptions.Series of up to 10 must be taken within 4 months of the first vocal session. There are no refunds.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you fail to give 24hr-notice, you will be charged the same price for your lesson. Time is very limited, and early notice is needed to replace your slot. Thank you for your consideration.

Client Access

Access to the studio is for the singer/client only. If you have been driven to your session by a friend, family member, management, etc., kindly ask them to pick you up after your session, or they can feel free to enjoy a coffee or meal at one of the surrounding cafes or restaurants or wait downstairs in the lobby.


Free parking available to clients during session.
